Great hotel with helpful staff. The rooms on one side open to views of Kanchenjunga, Food tasted good and the staff, was happy to accommodate some of our special dietary requirements. All Staff is very cooperative (spicily Kitchen Staff). Rooms were very clean, bathrooms new and linen fresh. Will definitely recommend to others and look forward to another stay in winter.

The Autri-Hill resort at Ghoom enjoys a fantastic location, with a view from Batasia Loop and mighty Kanchanjangha from the window. The rooms are very clean, so are the washrooms. Though there is electric blankets, the rooms are pretty cold in winters as no insulation is available. Room heaters are available on rent. The buffet breakfast was excellent. So was the service of the staffs. Very well-mannered and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay.

The resort being Anutri Hill, is the most amazing resort I've encountered till date. Making it quite short, the room is quite spacious with an amazing mountain view. Hats off to their room services, their staffs being so polite and gentle. Batasia restaurant is where we had our breakfasts and dinner. We had our buffet breakfast, the food was really good. Moreover, the experience we had with Anutri Hills was really someting to reminisce. I would highly recommend this place to the visitors searching for an exceptional place.

Amazingggg view, spectacular rooms and loved every bit of the serene that it offered us.. such a peaceful location! Must say they have chosen the best location possible.. amazing interior, spacious rooms and offered decent service. Just want to deduct few points for the kitchen staff.. ordered for food after 8:00 pm after we ordered our dinner that never got delivered. Otherwise great experience! They also upgrade your rooms upon request as per availability:)
