We had a comfortable stay at Apnayt Villa. It is located in a beautiful, safe and quiet part of Jodhpur. The rooms are large and quite comfortable. The hosts were cheerful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop restaurant gives you a gorgeous view of the Umaid Bhawan Palace.

Unique experience : Mix of hotel and home . Very clean and comfortable rooms. Mr. Ashish and his family makes guest feel like home and ambience is superb , decorated with his wife's creative art . They also guide you about jodhpur and nearby area if you are a tourist . A highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Jodhpur. Place is at very beautiful location in a gated community .

It is a very pretty house.Near to umaid palace but little interior. We had difficulty in getting ola and uber inside. But if you want to have artistic home to stay this is the best place. Service is nice and I like the cycle which r kept for use :) Thank you..

A friend recommended this place for our stay as we were on a road trip and suddenly landed in Jodhpur. Thanks to the lovely couple Ashish and Harsha and their two children, we were made to feel so welcome; their warm hospitality really touched us. Apart from the tastefully done up house, rooms, dining area and terrace area, we were also impressed by Harsha's artistic skills. She was generous enough to arrange for a clay modelling workshop just for us ! We spent the whole day enjoying, learning, refreshing our spirits ! She undertakes art workshops on India's traditional art forms like Madhubani, mirrorwork etc for locals and will be happy to share her passion with the guests, with prior booking.

The hosts are charming couple with very warm personality. The property is in probably one of the most prime location of Jodhpur. Only down side is restrictions on smoke, alcohol and non veg. If you are good with these, this place is must to stay in Jodhpur.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
