The best hotel in Lachen. Service is impeccable, I don't think it can be improved any further. The rooms and the overall ambience of the place is top notch. The entire team at Apple orchard is so customer focused that sometimes it becomes a little embarassing. Especially the way they go out of the way to serve you. Thank you team Apple orchard for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

We stopped by the property for lunch and the meal did not disappoint. Since the food is prepared fresh as you order, including the chopping of vegetables and making of momos, it takes a while for the order to come. While we were waiting the kids enjoyed staying warm by the fireplace while the adults enjoyed the window side views. There is however no proper path to the hotel and visitors can to climb up to the resort via 25 odd stone steps-be careful if you have elderly members in your group.

On our recent trip to sikkim, we stayed 1 night in this property in Lachen. This is a beautiful property overlooking mountains. The staff and service was nice . We were a family of 4 and the room provided was very spacious. The food menu was excellent and good for vegetarians like us who had ample options. Since we had to start early morning on our tour, the hotel staff were courteous to pack breakfast for us. Will definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Apple Orchard resort for a night. The hotel is absolutely amazing - it is located at the very top in Lachen so you get a gorgeous view of the mountains. Moreover, they have thought of every little detail to make the stay very comfortable. They have room heaters and a blanket heater (which was more than necessary) and a in-room water heater. The food provided is excellent and they had also packed a very good breakfast for our trip to Gurudongmar lake. Would definitely recommend this place if you were to stay in Lachen.

Great place, courteous staff, great food selection, good property. However little difficult to enter the property from the main road. No clear signs put up. So be careful as you easily miss it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
