Had a great stay at this lovely resort❤️...friendly staff. Direct Beach access😍... beach was more like private as it was not too crowded. Our room was very comfortable with Vintage cottage look and with the perfect view of sea🏝️, garden🎄and swimming pool 🏊‍♀as well. Breakfast was very tasteful☕🧇...would like to suggest them to open their own restaurant in the resort. Looking forward to visit again🥰 A great place to stay with your partner and family ❤️

This is really an awesome beach site resort ,the view from the room is really wow... I recommend this place to all if u want full 😌 relaxing. Service, hygienic, good and clean environment 👌 👍

The resort is situated right near the beach, giving a glimpse of the Calangute beach from a few rooms. Doesn't have a covered parking space, it was difficult to get to the location and then to the parking lot. Rooms were decent, few were better maintained than the other. We were 3 families and had pre-booked long back our trip, still we got 2 rooms on the 1st floor and the other on the ground floor. Room service was extreeeemly sluggish and below par. We had to ask for a single thing to be done multiple times and still some asks were not fulfilled and we even checked out! TV is just a show piece in the rooms, no recharge was done even after we asked for it. Breakfast was nice with 3-4 options. The biggest plus is that the property is near the beach and is decently maintained. The cottage-like rooms give a nice ambiance. Overall decent.

The resort is located very close to beach. Food is very nice. Rooms are well maintained and the wooden cottages give a nice vibe . Proper parking area is required as parking was little difficult. Overall a very nice place 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
