We booked the rooms by calling directly to the hotel and found cheaper than other online sites( though I think this could have little lesser) As we reached, the rooms were clean and with sea facing view cottage. The view was beautiful and quite. We liked the room along with the space in front of the beach. Hotel staff were good. Some part of hotel is under construction but I guess that is good for future. The food was tasty and the quality and quantity both were good. The pool area was clean however, they should provide few balls to play for the kids. The playroom was not prepared as light fan or ac was not installed. Also, I suggest to put some lights on the stage area which will add more values when people sit or play near the lawn. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you

very good place for staying night, ambience is very nice, mandarmoni main market area is very near hardly 5 min walking distance adjacent to main sea beach they have complimentary buffets breakfast with at least 8 to 10 different items which is good but food quality for lunch and dinner needs to be improved , not up to the mark. otherwise it is very good hotel to stay.

Negative stars from me. Not sure how come so many positive reviews are there, maybe it is one of the oldest in the area therefore so many reviews but don’t be fooled by the quantity as quality is zero! Pro- Good location Cons- 1. Food available only for Non vegetarians. 2. Price is of 5 star hotel and facility is of a 1 star! 3. Swimming pool has strict timings. Description mentions hot water in swimming pool but not available. 4. Games room closed so no way to spend time at the hotel, not a resort apart from sitting in the room or in the garden area. 5. Staff behaviour pathetic. The restaurant staff thinks they are the boss and threatens to go and complain at the reception! If you get Souryadeep / subhajeet (something of this sort) as your attender straight away deny service from him because you will definitely spoil your vacation mood! Never recommending to anyone. Even if all the hotels are booked better reschedule your plan rather than coming here!

This is the second time I stayed at Aqua Marina at Mandarmoni; the first one being approximately 4 years back. Based on the experience of the current stay compared to my previous stay I would like to make the following observations: 1. The behaviour of each and every member of your staff is exemplary. I wish all hotels had staff so well trained and well behaved as yours. Irrespective of the time they always went out of the way to ensure that the guests needs are met. 2. Please improve the quality of your food which, compared to my previous stay experience, has gone down in terms of taste. I have no comments regarding quantity which is sumptuous as usual. 3. The point that really annoyed me was the lack of maintenance. I had booked 2 rooms being no. 109 & 110. However we found that there was an air conditioner problem in room no 110 which took 3 days for the mechanic to fix. True I was shifted to room 111 but there too the ac unit had to be cleaned before it became functional. Also the main FL tube in the room was fused when we came in and had to be replaced only after the same was pointed out by us. 4. There is a problem of leaking tap and accumulation of water under the washroom basin. We had never seen such things on our previous stay. 5. It is my utmost request to stop playing loud music in the evening which disrupts the serenity and peace of the resort.

A great place to unwind in the coastal town of Mandarmani. Aqua Marina Drive Inn is a large complex with direct access to the beach. Stayed in the cottage room(109) , which is spacious, the bathroom is neat & clean , the room offers a view of the sea and the lawn. The complimentary breakfast is good with minimum options. The food is delicious and the quantity is sufficient for two. The swimming pool is nice & clean , also equipped with an option of hot tub. The staffs are polite and courteous. Parking facility of 10-12 cars is available. Overall a very good place to stay in Mandarmani.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
