The resort is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are well maintained but need a bit of maintenance to be undertaken. The facilities provided in the room are adequate and replenished regularly. The hygiene of the washroom also needs a bit of attention as the shower curtain was quite dirty and it looked like it had not been changed in quite a while. The WC was a bit dirty too and I had to ask the housekeeping staff to pay special attention to cleaning the same thoroughly. The service staff need to be trained and this is an immediate necessity. The lawns, walkways and the garden with all its statues and motifs are kept in excellent condition so kudos to the staff. One simple suggestion, have a dedicated supervisor to oversee the maintenance of the rooms and the upkeep of the washrooms in particular. The food is of a very good standard and it caters primarily to the Indian/Gujarati clientele. Overall a good experience and we enjoyed ourselves.

Being just a short 2-3 minute walk from Lake Pichola, it offers a convenient and picturesque setting. The food and services provided were truly exceptional, exceeding our expectations. The hotel staff's cooperation and accommodation made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the property is serene, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. All in all, our time at the property was thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

WORST EXPERIENCE ever….went there for a dinner with my family but the restaurant manager denied any table when clearly there were table availavle. Also, the behavior was very very rude as if we were asking for free food. Won’t ever recommend this place to anyone as the staff doesn’t know how to entertain guests. Clearly, the staff who claimed to be a manager of the restaurant doesn’t deserve to be working in a hospitality industry.

Very close to Lake Pichola and admist lush greenery, this is a uniquely amazing stay. We stayed at the pond view cottage and it was blissful and serene. The food and staff hospitality was superb. It is very close to the Lake Palace as well and transport and market access is very convenient from the location. The mornings were welcomed by beautiful flute music and the chirping of birds, it was truly a relaxing experience. The only thing that needs improvement is mattress and bedding quality, otherwise it was all lovely. Highly recommended place !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
