Rooms allotted were good. Nice interiors, clean bathrooms. But only things I have experienced is that on requesting upon for 2 empty plates from for our snacks restaurant manager informed us that we will be charged for Rs.78/- + GST per plate. I have never experienced such things anywhere in any hotel. Upon inquiring with the receptionist, he told me that the charges mentioned by restaurant manager is as per hotel's normsm

Very nice and clean property. The place is well managed. Rooms are excellent and maintained well. Kashi vishwanath temple is about 15mins away from here. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to visit the temple.

Arcadia is a fairly nice hotel, although expensive for the services they provide. People are helpful and friendly. Our room was quite nice and clean. The bathroom was so so, with the water from the shower wetting and flooding the whole bathroom (there's an enclosure but no door or design to control the flow of water). There were three of us with one large bed so we requested and they complied by wheeling in a small bed for my son; but the bed and bedframe was very dirty and dusty. Food was nice but the kitchen staff weren't that nice.

They call it a 4 star hotel but the services provided here is totally disgraceful. Rooms are good but when it comes to room service, it was frustrating to see the staff response and service. We ordered missi roti, paneer curry, butter naan from their restaurant but missi roti they provided was all burned, and butter naan too hard that we were not able to chew, when we complained about it, they took ages to bring breads to eat and that too they brought and mix it up with some other room order by bringing different bread. Similarly, for everything you order specifically from restaurant room service, you will be disappointed for sure. Housekeeping is fine and room(suite) is good, no problem in that, they had also arranged us one extra bed without any hassle. Altogether, still lot of scope for improvements, if they are calling themselves as a 4 star hotel.

I was there for a meeting (Reliance Nippon Life Insurance). Nice ambiance. Location is okay. Peaceful and calm location. Walking distance to Railway station and Bus station. The service is good. Fooding was nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
