It's basic property. Managed by Oyo. Staff is good hears your complaints and act on it. Cheap stay. They have their own wineshop and bar. Can serve you in your room as well. With 50 to 100 rs room service

Enjoyed my stay at Ardency very much. Rooms were neat ,clean and had all the required amenities. Staff was very courteous and prompt in service. The buffet spread was good and very very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting udaipur. Keep up the great work.

We visited Udaipur on the Independence Day long weekend and booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 days. Our rooms were supposed to be ready by 12 noon but we had to wait till 1:15pm. Even then 1 of the rooms was dirty and there were no toiletries. It felt like they had assigned the room without cleaning it. At the time of payment, they asked us to pay in cash as the total cost of the rooms included taxes, not really sure of the logic here. The fridge was not working and seemed like it had been closed since ages. The door knob of the washroom for 1 room was broken and the fan of the other room was so slow as if it wasn't working. When we raised the issues, the management was not really bothered. Anyways, the room was cleaned. Later, we placed an order for a dish and something else was delivered. When we complained regarding it, they told us that they would be charging us even though it was their mistake and we had not even consumed the food. We went for a dip in the pool at around 10 but it was dirty and had bowls and plates floating around. And in the end when we were paying off the charges for room service, they billed us extra for an order we had not even placed. All in all, Poor and Ill mannered Management. I'll never recommend anyone to stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
