Aron Resort Lonavala Near Old Mumbai Pune Highway

Our experience in this resort was soo amazing just because the atmosphere of this resort was very delightful although we enjoyed the wave pool and slides too in the pool even the games were wonderful. Also hotel service was great and all staffs over there was polite and helpful. Importantly We all enjoyed our stay at Aron Resort it's sooo memorable and best resort too stay and relax ourselves.... Also we would like to visit again n again ✨🤍

I attended the New Year's Eve event Aron Resort at Lonavla and it was a complete disaster. The organization of the event was extremely poor and we felt cheated by Mr. Nilesh (Sales) who made about the event hence we had agreed for it however our enjoyment was short lived when the event started, and we knew that whatever was promised to us was a pure lie. As per the package sold to us, our package included limited cocktails drinks and when we met Mr. Nilesh at the resort he had told us that brands like Black Label, Chivas Regal, Signature were included in our package etc however when we went to get a drink we were told that only Royal Stag was included in our package. This was the first shock to us! On further inquiring with the bar tender we were informed that only few imported bottles were purchased and within 1hour all liquor stocks were exhausted. Infact people at the venue didn’t even get the promised 2 pegs of 60ml drinks which was included in the package. When this was brought to the managements notice they promised people that they have ordered extra stock and very soon we would have a refill. For the next 1hr from 9:30pm to 10:30pm only false promises were given to the people at the venue and when people confronted the manager, he told that no liquor will be available as the stocks are over. This was second shock as everyone felt cheated since Aron resort had promised something else and collected the money but did not deliver. The entertainment for the evening was also a let-down, kids activity was packed up by 10pm. The DJ played the same songs on loop and there were no live performances or activities to engage the guests. The anchor at the event stopped the DJ music at 9pm and continued some boring games for few couples till 11pm while rest of the people didn’t know what they should do. The whole event felt like a regular night out at a mediocre bar rather than a special New Year's Eve celebration! Moreover, the food served at the event was not up to the mark. The buffet was poorly organized, and the food was cold and unappetizing. It was evident that the food had been prepared hours before the event and was not fresh. This was a major disappointment as we were expecting a delicious spread to celebrate the new year. To make matters worse, there was a lack of coordination among the event staff. The waiters were slow and unresponsive, and it was difficult to get their attention for any requests. The bar was understaffed, resulting in long queues and delayed service. Overall, the bad organization of the New Year's event left a negative impression on me and my friends. We had high expectations for a fun and memorable evening, but instead, we were disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend Aron resort for any future events based on this experience. It is clear that they did not put enough effort and attention into planning and executing the event, which ultimately led to a disappointing and poorly organized New Year's Eve celebration.
