The rooms we very sad… All you can see outside are other people’s home where you can see the laundry getting dry. There was cockroach in the bathroom. No bucket. No hot water. Instead of three days we left the room within a day. Our room had balcony which was full of bird goo. They didn’t even take any effort to clean it. Outside the balcony all you can see is junk. Kindly don’t waste your money here.

It claims to be a new place, but hardly anything works. Something or the other is missing from each room. We booked 6 rooms and none had all the amenities mentioned on the booking platform. There was one hairdryer that was circulated in all the rooms. A sad experience, overall. The saving grace was the young staff, who served us to the best of their abilities and were always smiling and ready to serve.

Most pathetic and mismanaged property i have ever stayed at , staying here was a torture, to avoid below tortures please keep away from this property. 1) very short staffed, persons who mops and sweeps is the same person who will serve you breakfast. 2) Zero hygiene , lobby area was mopped once in three days of our stay. 3) Smelly rooms. 4) Ac's did'nt working properly . 5) Outdoor units if Split AC's had drainage on floor, no proper exit of water. 6) Wifi's hardly work. 7) 4-5 limited breakfast options that too served in your room COLD , no dining area. 8) No intercom facility, phones dont work walk to the reception or call on mobile for anything. 9) Very small lane to park cars, hardly any parking space. 10) Room almirahs old and outdated furniture with rust.

False images. The photos shown in the website or MakeMyTrip is wrong, their deluxe room is now what they have shown it's their premium room, so booking deluxe room is a bad idea it's a very small room, it's not a resort it's just one building with a pool, it's not like a gated resort or anything even close to a resort.

The place was nice with suite rooms. They received us well and provided all additional facilities as we asked. Food was also nice. Had great fun in swimming pool. They provided pool view room as I requested. Must visit place. Thankyou Santoshi for providing such great service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
