Perfect stay in Jaipur. The room we opted for was a little small for 3 people , apart from that our stay was perfect. Clean room and polite staff. The housekeeping staff did their work perfectly. They also have a beautiful terrace to unwind. Would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for great options in Jaipur. Loved the experience. P.S Don't miss the amazing buffet breakfast.

One of the best stays ever been in with an amazing atmosphere. The place have good food, spacious lawns to sit and relax, live music, library and in hotel shops too. Overall, an amazing place to stay while you are in Jaipur.

The stay was nice, had a great time. The place is very neat and well maintained. They have a cafe inside which serves good food. The front garden makes the place more beautiful. Service, cleanliness, hygiene is top notch. Will stay there again if I visit Jaipur in future.

Staid in Jaipur Arya Niwas hotel recently in Jan'24 month for three nights. The hotel is very nice, perfect location and beautiful in look. The arrangements in hotel for people stay, their entertainment, their time spend is extraordinary. The rest room was very nice and they put games also. No smoke and drink allowing in public area so that is very good plus point of hotel. Chitra cafe was awesome, food was very nice. Morning breakfast was same everyday buy I enjoyed lot because of natural food and higineness. I strongly suggest this hotel for Jaipur stay. The hotel charges also very reasonable.

A good choice if you are looking for stay in traditional haveli of Jaipur. The rooms are clean and staff are very supportive. The Chitra Cafe with a beautiful lawn set up adds beauty to the hotel. You can also experience local artists performing in the morning and evening. A true value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
