Aria is one of the best hotels in Vegas. Most of you will agree with me if/when you experience yourself staying for a few days. 1. The hotel provided exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed rooms, ensuring a truly luxurious stay. 2. Enjoyed breathtaking views of the city or iconic landmarks from the room, adding an extra touch to the overall experience. 3. The hotel staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. 4. From a well-equipped fitness center to a relaxing spa, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities that catered to various needs. 5. The on-site restaurants delivered an outstanding culinary experience, with diverse menus and impeccable service. 6. Conveniently located in the heart of Vegas, the hotel provided easy access to major attractions, making it a prime choice for exploration. 7. Whether it was a captivating show or a vibrant casino experience, the hotel offered entertainment options that added excitement to the stay. 8. Aria Las Vegas deserves every bit of its five stars. The modern elegance, from rooms to amenities, is exceptional. The panoramic views of the Strip from our room were breathtaking. The diverse dining options, combined with impeccable service, created a culinary haven. The casino, entertainment, and spa offerings made our stay vibrant and indulgent. Aria's commitment to cleanliness and safety enhanced our experience. It's a top-tier destination, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

This is a great place to spend time. It smells so good, like vanilla oil, doesn’t reek of smoke. The ceilings are high and the filtration is fantastic. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The drinks are delicious when you find a drink person at a machine. The drink people weren’t coming around very often. The casino is so clean and they are always wiping down machines, chairs, and even cleaning ash trays instead of just dumping them. Super clean restrooms with very friendly attendants. The Patisserie is amazing for breakfast or a yummy treat. I reviewed it separately. They had a Starbucks and the food court looked interesting. I might stay here next time instead of Paris.

Beautiful property and beautiful stay!! Hotel is at very convenient location on strip, near everything, clean, modern amenities, very friendly and approachable staff. We felt really welcomed and stay was every penny worth if I talk about comfort, cleanliness, customer service and overall experience !! Casino was huge, connecting tram and yummiest food. Definitely returning back. Keep up the good work Aria

Hotel room was clean and location is great. The customer service was poor and I will not go to the Aria again. I will gladly spend my money to a place that provides a better experience. I arrived early at like 9:00 AM and checked my bags. I understand normal Check is at 3:00 and I didn’t call in before to get an early check in and that was my error. My friends showed up at the same time and got to check into a room around 12:00. I went back a couple times to check to be responded to with a short annoyed response “We will text you, is this your number? We have the number on file so you will just have to wait. We don’t have rooms yet” I finally got a room around 5:00PM. Prior to that they kept saying they are trying to clean the room on the same floor as our friends. I saw multiple people checking in on the floor we wanted as well through out the day. so I guess I am not a high enough tier stature to get good service. This is my first and last time staying at the ARIA. Thanks

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
