Avoid this place. It’s not worth paying money for. I have not come across a more neglected resort than this. Nothing is looked into. The door at the entrance is coming off. Might land on an unsuspecting guest someday. There is water seepage everywhere and water collects on the restaurant floor. They don’t even bother to wipe it. The glass windows haven’t been cleaned in ages and are so dirty. The water park is dirty. The tiles have algae on them. Kids play area has been littered with stuff like sandals, torn shirt, bottles and garbage bags. Lawn doesn’t exist anymore and is replaced by weeds and bags of garbage lying about. Food is good but is served in stained and cracked plates and bowls. The ac in the restaurant doesn’t work. Don’t go by the pictures.

Special attractions: Perfect fit for families with Kids. Kids will definitely enjoy the water place - adult swimming pool, a baby pool & water adventure park for kids Service: We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful with prompt services. Food: We had tasty breakfast here with a variety of options available. Food is good. Security: 24x7 good friendly security staff Locations: The Kadike Beach is walkable from the resort Few areas of improvements: 1) Slope to the reception is a bit high but ok since we can park vehicles at other open areas of the resort. 2)Private parties(evening) if can be with minimal volumes so that guests donot feel disturbed. Would recommend anyone who plans to enjoy their holiday vacation with kids.

I have stayed in the same hotel last year. They have two buildings, last time I stayed in the second building and the rooms are really very nice. This time I was given room no. 513 in the first building (immediately near the entrance gate). The room was stinking and one of the wall was moist. The restaurant was not cleaned for the entire one day on 23rd Oct'23 and the corridors were also not cleaned. The quality of morning breakfast was also below average. I just stayed there due to my previous year good experience. The good thing is that if you are going with your kids they can have fun in the water park and play area. The Kadike Beach is also walkable from the resort.

First day we stayed at building on back side which was horrible, drainage smell, no AC working, hot water issues, broken furniture. Next two days we moved to premium rooms on front building which were ok in quality. There is constant drainage smell when you enter. Pool and water park is very good, water can be cleaned and maintained better. Gaming zone is good and operational.
