        Hotel is not easily accessible yet given the geography of the city, this is managable. But clear road sign are not there in both sides or the road. So hard to locate. Stayed 2 nights. Had power failures multiple times even at night causing heaters to turn off. Water is not bottled water. Not sure whether they are hygienic. Geysers failed multiple time in friends rooms and had questions over cleanings of the room

        Average hotel with very basic amenities in the room and the bathroom. Room service was prompt, food taste was good. Hotel offers parking to its residents which is a great perquisite in Shimla.

        Service staff were excellent, rooms were clean and comfy. Front Desk Ms. Diksha was very helpful and always ready to serve to the max. He made the stay much better, including all the other service staff also who were all prompt to provide service.

        Great VFM rooms and hotel, breakfast views are simply amazing, reaching hotel needs more signboards, steep downhill and blind turn to reach hotel parking, turns into steep uphill and blind turn when leaving from hotel. Otherwise nice staff and great property.

        Spent only one night. The property was okay, parking space is very limited. Rooms were of decent size but bed was small. They charged for heater, which would have been part of the room package as everyone would need a heater in winter season.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
