1. Rooms: Spacious rooms. are dimly lit. Broken lights, fans that have just one high speed. Dusty, not well cleaned pre occupancy. And linen are discoloured. Not a good feeling. 2. Service was fair. Attendants try their best to speak in common language. Was surprised people are keen to know one's religion and political view, not just within hotel but outside too. 3. Parking is ample. Accessibility to nearby places is good. Lot of eateries nearby. 4. Tarrif is on higher side.

Hotel “Ash”lesh, stay here only if only your Dreams and Hopes of having a great weekend should turn into “Ash”es. First we were given a room, which was the filthiest room I have ever seen in my life, full of bad odour.. On request and several heated arguments, we were given another room, where in if I have to go to some place say at 9am, I have to start work on pulling the room door from 8am. That Door does not open with the best of energies being deployed. Even in the most third class hotels, you will find a telephone connection in rooms. Here there is not one.. No Hot water provision.. Room is full of seepages.. It’s actually not a hotel. It gives me a feel of some Dormitory…

I stayed at this hotel recently, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. It was in poor condition, with a huge hole in the ceiling, which was not only unsightly but also a concern for safety and cleanliness. The presence of such a big hole raised questions about the maintenance standards of the hotel. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in the room was in dire need of cleaning. It seemed like it had not been serviced in a long time, as it emitted a musty smell when turned on. This made the room feel unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. Overall, my experience at this hotel was negatively impacted by the subpar bathroom condition and the uncleaned air conditioning. These issues are basic amenities that guests expect to be properly maintained, and the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness left a lasting negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay for future guests. As it stands, I would not recommend this hotel to others until these issues are addressed.

Hospitality good... If they provide .. complimentary tiffen as either idly or upma instead of bred and amlet. Door keys also in good condition. Within hotel , some bad smell also coming... kindly look into

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
