A really good hotel in central Bangalore. Stayed here for two weeks and didn’t face any issues whatsoever. The superiors rooms are well maintained but the standard rooms can be better. The service here is excellent. The staffs are very helpful. They have a strict no visitors policy though and charged extra from me for letting my parents in for a couple of hours. Apart from that everything else was fine. Special mention to their complimentary breakfast- the food is really good. The hotel is pretty safe and the location is also good.

Disappointing Experience at Ashraya International Hotel, Bangalore Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I recently stayed at Ashraya International Hotel in Bangalore, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the promising photos I saw in some reviews, the reality was quite disappointing. Firstly, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. It was not as tidy as the photos suggested, and there were visible signs of neglect. Additionally, the bathroom was also poorly maintained, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. Furthermore, the electric switches in the room were faulty, and some were not working at all. This inconvenience made it challenging to manage the room's lighting and disrupted my stay. To add to the frustrations, the room and bathroom doors were in poor condition, impacting both privacy and security during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property seemed lacking, leaving a negative impression on my overall experience. I understand that reviews and photos can be misleading, but my personal experience at Ashraya International Hotel was far from what I expected based on the information available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Bangalore. It's essential for the management to take immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their accommodations to meet the expectations of their guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
