Very close to the beach, spacious & clean rooms. A little far from Swargadwar but that makes location a little more peaceful, which we preferred. The food is not good, not many options at the breakfast buffet either. Otherwise everything was very good. Even the staff is very polite and friendly

Worst experience. The behaviour of the staffs was really bad, they were extremely rude. There was not any basic facilities available. No options in breakfast, food tasted horrible. The milk smelt unpleasant , it seemed that it was expired. Even in suit room there was no basic amminities provided. Never ever gonna recommend this worst hotel to anyone.

Its right on the beach, The hotel premises is very clean and well maintained. Food was delicious The rooms were huge with neat and clean bedsheets, bathrooms etc. The hotel offers wifi and free included breakfast. The stay was good. Had no issues

Don't even by mistake book this hotel, had a terrible experience. First the breakfast is literally terrible there were flies inside the sambhar and sabji. Second, we asked for 4 towels because we were 4 people staying in the hotel, the room service person said that they have not got the laundry yet so we need to manage it by ourself so a terrible room service experience. Rooms was okay but yes they did not provided any soap or shampoo so we had to buy it ourself. Third, the standard checkout time for all hotels is 12 PM, but this one had a checkout time of 8 AM which is pretty much odd. Overall terrible experience at this hotel never ever in your life book this hotel if you are visiting Puri.

Good Experience. Staying with my 7 month baby girl. The staff behaviour is also good. But my suggestion is to add some items for breakfast. The hotel is located in a good place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
