Very good service with the options available. Only thing is 500 per day is little costly for room heater. Very helpful people at the reception. Room was clean and well maintained. Only problem is with the tiles in bathroom... They are slippery.

Plus points: Location is the best. Nearby to major tourist attractions and the main market is at a walking distance. Rooms are spacious with basic necessities provided. Has ample amount of parking space. Improvement areas: Early morning tea or coffee in the hilly areas is an absolute must. Hotel doesn't have in house restaurant. However there are ample places nearby. We had mixed experience with the front end staff. One of the front desk managers behaved rudely when we requested to stop the maintenance work in the afternoon. Some of the room areas need a maintenance. We had booked two rooms. One bathroom didn't have a functional shower. In the other one raised bathroom platform was broken. Overall a decent stay in a budget. The location is good and had good parking space.

Stayed in this hotel for a night . worst experience. The bedroom is spacious but they provided us with dirty bedsheets, when we asked them for a new bedsheets they again provided with another dirty bedsheets. The only thing good about this hotel is their car parking.

Though I stayed only one night, I am happy with the time that I spent in Astoria Reaidency. I had booked a studio which has a visitor room, bed room with dining table and executive table, spacious kitchen with refrigerator and owen, and finally a bathroom with tub. Service staffs were veey polite and helping. The most important things is that it is within city circle. You can just walk to multiple restaurants, Bitanical Garden, etc. What I missed some open space with lawn and kids play area.

Great location.. no restaurant but food easily available nearby.. u can take a walk to the market.. ample parking.. nice rooms wit dj lights.. each thing thought of n arranged in room itself like water dispenser, plates, etc

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
