        Requested a room for 3 days, but I was sent back saying, rooms are not given to locals. It's highly disappointing. Inspite of me going in person they refused, what if someone book online? Will they cancel the booking? It might be the company policy, but when someone go in person and request, they can consider. The receptionist couldn't take decision and had to call a person whom he addressed as his senior. The hotel doesn't have a General Manager or any one higher to make consolidated decision.

        Decent hotel in Thiruvannamalai. Slightly away from the madness of the town, it was in a peaceful location. The hotel ambiance is quite good and well maintained. The room was average and could be better. We had to get our sheets changed when we checked in as we noticed some stains. They only had buffet lunch and dinner when we were there which was a bummer. However, the reception staff was really helpful. They helped us plan our temple visits, arranged autos and even let us extend our check out with a nominal fee. So overall our experience was good here.

        Do not recommend this hotel. We booked in for four days. Day one - room allotted not what we were signed up for. Toilet seat broken. Reported this no action taken. Staff not helpful. day two - requested clean up of room no replenishment of stock of coffee powder, no water, no toilet rolls provided. Had to ask for this. Reception staff unfriendly and not helpful. Day three same result, no replenishment of coffee or water, had to ask for this multiple times before it was sent to our room. Day four same poor service and not a moment we felt that we were welcome at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was quite standard, four days of very similar type meals. We did have their a la carte menu food which was okay. All vegetarian food only. Would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning here again.

        Rooms: Decent space but struggled during night times due to AC related issues. Need improvement on maintenance, towels (rough n old), bathroom cleanliness Service: Very generous staff and supportive. Breakfast 👌 Location: Nice view but outside of the city. Need to spend lot on auto charges. Charged RS.350 from temple to hotel at 10PM

        Staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is definitely not 4 star hotel. Overpriced for such hotel. Well built and good structure but overall it's not maintained well by the owner. Very limited on food menu unlike other hotels in Tiruvannamalai. Would not be my first recommendation. Better hotel are there in Tiruvannamalai like Arpanaa.... Very true, they don't keep any tea, coffee and teabags in room.
