The room is good, the location is good for those that heading to miri but decide to stay a night in bintulu. There’s a funny smell coming from the industrial area which I dont blame the hotel coz this is due to the environment that we located in. The service at the counter can be improved as during our check-in, the receptionists keep laughing at their own inside job while helping us with the stay in procedure.

The receptionist seems too carefree and keep laughing at the corner when there is customer waiting. Should put more attention on this. Not professional enough. The room should add more lighting as if it’s quite dark. No room slippers

Second time staying here and i have little to no negative things to say. Rooms are large and by far the most spacious for its price. Toilet is clean and theres a mini fridge in every room as well. Problem comes if you dont have your own transport as its quite a distance to town. Nevertheless my personal favourite. I hope you guys can maintain the quality of every room and the facilities. If its an issue for anyone, Wifi is not slow but its capped somewhere around 3-5mbps

For a boutique hotel @Thome is okay. Located in Bintulu's industrial area, @Thome makes for a good location for incoming workers or business travellers. Personnel are very polite. Rooms are spacious for hotels in its grade. Good breakfast fare. The briyani is very very good and portion is very filling! Best in Bintulu! At night the surroundings are quiet so you will get a good sleep.

Its located relatively far from town center although acceptable (ETA 20 mins) and in an industrial zone but the rooms which i would say equivalent to more expensive 4,5 star hotel deco, size, cleanliness and amenity wise make up for this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
