My guests stayed there for two nights. It charges at five star rates and even AC has to be paid for as extra charge. No soap, razor, shampoo etc, basic amenities provided by hotels. Room smelled of sewage from the nearby area. Commode covers were broken and the taps in the bath room too were broken. Horrible experience and not a hotel to be as they claim or advertise. Terrible!

Awful hotel. Unresponsive and enept front desk. Service is non exsistant with room servicing on a go slow. Room still not serviced at 2pm after 9.30am request. Corridors littered with dirty food plates still - into afternoon. Noise at night from 3 floor restaurant is very disruptive. Don't touch this place.

The staff at this lovely hotel is amazing and will go above and beyond to provide concierge lounge were all very accommodating, polite, attentive and made my stay very special. Many thanks to them for making my stay wonderful, memorable and delicious! Housekeeping was also exceptional, turn down service every night, flowers and notes in our room, etc. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Lulu, offering ease of access to the shopping center. However, it's worth noting that the proximity of the car parking to the hotel may pose a challenge, particularly when transporting luggage to the rooms, especially with children. The accommodation, albeit priced at a certain level, may be perceived as cramped, and the lighting in the rooms appears to be suboptimal. Additionally, our room featured an aging air conditioning unit with noticeable water droplets. Service-related issues were encountered, such as delays in obtaining a bucket and mug despite multiple requests, resulting in a 45-minute wait. Furthermore, the morning breakfast experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. Cleanliness standards in the rooms could be elevated, and a greater emphasis on prioritizing customer service is recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
