Hi we stayed here from Friday to Sunday. Overall hotel is very good & decent. Some rooms are big some are small. The interior is nice but need to maintain as some walls are not proper they need to repaint. Service is good all service provided as required they just need to maintain the interior so people can attract over the hotels. Location wise it is good but the road is not maintain it is full of stones over there need to maintain proper road. Overall nice to stay we can recommend anyone over there

We stayed here on a weekday. Overall the place is decent. The rooms were also good but would require little bit more maintenance. There is also a common pool which can be accessed till 6PM. Service they provided was also fine. Overall we had a hustle free stay.

The service at Aureole was very good. The rooms were also clean and decent. The staff js very Friendly and professional. A very good destination to hold a private or corporate function, they can easily accommodate a crowd of 100. The location is also central and food is too good. One can Definitely plan a stay here.

Worst experience ever in lonavala with staying in this hotel. Rooms are very small and unclean without fridge, they are not providing hand towels, bathrooms are not cleaned properly, hotel staff is not good, not good parking space, wifi is only available in lobby, food is not good. Hotel is designed by failed architect or interior designers, so it is definitely not a “boutique hotel”. Please do not choose this hotel for staying.🙏🏽

I stayed here on 26th Feb. Wanted start at 7 am for aurangabad. We got up at 5am. Do you believe there was no water in the bathroom.?. It was true. Our program delayed due to water problem. Staff response is very...... Very.....Poor. they need serious training on hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
