1. The location of the property is great. 2. Staff is educated and very hospitable. 3. Rooms are well lit and make you feel comfortable. 4. During check-in, we were given a property tour and we knew who to reach out throughout the day, if needed. Their reception was active 24*7. 5. The only improvement area is to have a dedicated counter for Rajasthani cuisine for the travellers. I shared this feedback and they patiently heard my feedback and immediately took action on it. 6. Overall, our experience was great. I would like to THANK the complete staff of the property and congratulate them for their positive, polite and hospitable attitude.

We stayed for 3 nights. This is one of the best resorts we stayed. The location , services are excellent. The highlight was the food, from buffet breakfast , Lunch and Dinner are so good. The hotel staff are very helpful and respectful. If you are in Udaipur then you must stay here. We will 100% visit again.

They don't deserve even 1 Star. We were 9 people including seniors and kids and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights . We all had legal ID and the biggest proof of my minor daughter was we the parents presenting all proof including her birth certificate. They didn't allow her to enter, and we had to return and booked another hotel. Then didn't even provide refund or credits for the rooms and that's how they make money I guess. The manager there was rude and heartless as well. Go to any 3 start hotel and I bet you will find humanity still alive. This resort is just a show-off and scam based on my experience

Our room was nothing short of breathtaking. Immaculately clean, exquisitely decorated, and with a view that left us speechless. The dining experiences here are truly exceptional. We indulged in a culinary journey that left our taste buds dancing with delight. The world-class chefs at Aurika create dishes that are nothing short of works of art

If you can’t manage guests and can’t provide quality of service & food then don’t take reservations. By imitating Oberoi and Leela you don’t become one. You must provide quality or it doesn’t matter. Cheap towels, uncomfortable and squeaky bed, always loud corridor, weird tasting food and unclean plates, bowls, cups, glasses and utensils! There was a wedding going on and third party cheap wedding co-ordinator/contractor had audacity to ask us to move away from reception area sitting area. They were putting up wedding infrastructure at midnight and that was like a fish market. Spa was the only good part. Not going there any more and not going to recommend any one!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
