This is a beautiful boutique stay in Poes garden. The locality and the ambience of the hotel makes it even more charming. Staff was very hospitable and they provided top notch service. I would definitely want to stay here again in my next visit! Special shout out to Amarnath, Jitender and Deepak, who accommodated all our requests .

Be aware before booking with Avenue 11 at Chennai..... We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and 4 days in August 2023. We arrived early morning and settled in the rooms. During the day we went to visit Chennai city. When we arrived back in the night, we came to know that the staff moved our luggage to another smaller and dirty room. They did not even try to call us and take our permission before touching our luggage. Before we left the room in the morning we had organized our clothes and other stuff in the room so that we can easily use it for next 3-4 days. All our stuff was thrown in another room like a garbage. No hotel or staff has any right to touch guest's luggage without permission. The manager was very rude and did not even helped us with the solution. This was very unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would say this was the worst experience we ever had.

About 3 hours before my planned check-in at 14:00, the hotel texted me to confirm reservation. Exactly 4 minutes later, before I even managed to reply, they texted me that they are cancelling the reservation due to lack of reply... I was fortunate enough to read the message right away and ask them not to cancel it. I cannot understand why they gave so little time to answer. From other comments I see that last minute cancellations are a reocurring problem at this hotel. Please be informed that this was not caused by a problem with debit card or anything of the sort. I was informed that the reason for this was that there were other potential clients interested, so they were ready to cancel my booking... I do not recommend this place if you want to be 100% sure you have a place to stay and don't need additional stress during your journey.
