We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our stay. We stayed here for 3 days. All the staff including housekeeping staff was very very helpful and polite. Mr HAZARUDDIN, the restaurant manager is very honest, gentle and humble person who guided us in every aspect. If I will ever visit again to Chennai I will definitely stay here only. Location is very near to Airport and free pick up and drop facility is also available at this hotel

Room and bathroom extremely clean. I have stayed in many hotels in Chennai but this hotel is exceptional. Location, only 10 minutes from Chennai International Airport, the biggest plus point. Airport pick up and drop off service was exceptional too!! Staffs were very polite and accomodative. I would easily rate this premise as a 5 star hotel with exceptional service. It would be great if the hotel could make a ramp at the entrance for wheelchair bound customers. To enhance security level for the rooms, double lock from inside the room is highly recommended. I felt a little unsafe in the room, especially to sleep through the night, as I was travelling solo. Hope the management would add this safety measures for a pleasant and safe stay of your customers. Thank you for having me.

Hotel is descent with basic facilities. Cleanliness part needs to be taken care of. Lot of mosquitoes in room They do provide free pick up and drop from Chennai Airport. Food is really amazing, serving time and qty of food is also good. Some rooms are really in very bad condition they need to work on same.

Room was good and spacious. Food is nice and good in quality. But room service is worst, They didn't provide any basic essentials available in hotel rooms. Room was not cleaned properly. Every time we should call the room service for queries but they won't attend the calls, also we don't have to worry that our queries will be shoutout within 2 to 3 hrs, until we should wait for their response.

Location is in between a market but near to the airport. Breakfast is good and service too. Rooms are spacious and have a good work table. Staff is helpful and punctual. Free airport pickup and drop facility is very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
