The resort is located in a very busy location with access to a choice of restaurants. The resort has a catholic vibe with a classic Italian theme. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had booked 2 rooms and the rooms were attached with a door to separate the rooms. A good option for families. The amenities included a pool and game rooms with tt table and foos ball table. The pool is more for kids. The breakfast spread was good but it lacked quality and taste. Very ordinary breakfast. Overall a decent place to spend a night with family.

Avion Holiday Resort left me with mixed feelings during my recent stay. The first thing that struck me was the resort's lush surroundings, creating a serene and picturesque ambiance. The garden areas and poolside were well-maintained, offering a pleasant spot to relax and unwind. However, the rooms didn't quite match the exterior charm. While clean, they felt somewhat dated and in need of a refresh. The bedding and furnishings seemed a bit worn, and a modern touch would have made a significant difference in enhancing the overall comfort of the stay. The dining experience was another aspect that left me wanting more. The resort's restaurant offered a decent variety of dishes, but the quality and taste were somewhat inconsistent. On some occasions, the food was delicious, while at other times, it didn't quite meet the mark. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, though, which was a plus. One area where Avion Holiday Resort truly shone was its staff. They were polite, accommodating, and always willing to assist with any requests. Their efforts made the stay more enjoyable, and they deserve credit for their exceptional customer service. In terms of activities, the resort had a good range of options, from a well-maintained pool to indoor games, which is great for families and those seeking entertainment on-site. In summary, Avion Holiday Resort offers a picturesque environment and pleasant staff, but there's room for improvement in terms of room aesthetics and dining consistency. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with a focus on natural beauty and a friendly atmosphere, this resort might be worth considering, keeping in mind that some aspects might not meet the highest expectations.

The hotel is located on the main road only. Easy access to the local chikki, fudge shops. Inside the hotel it's calm with some greenery, water bodies, aquatic life and good food. The only thing missing was that you can not have any view of Lonavala beauty from the hotel. You have to travel to the interior (away from the road). The staff was good, food was great, services were good. They give you water camper, if you don't want plastic bottles🤩

Property seems to be little congested as they have tried to accommodate everything (garden, pool, rooms etc.) in small space. Rooms were spacious & well maintained, though they felt like 90s. Wifi was very slow, more like 2G. Breakfast was good.

Its a very good resort. Located very near to Kumar resorts and near to Lonavala railway station and near to expressway. Superb service. Superb stay and accomodation. Clean swimming pool. Clean rooms. Kids play area. Very nicely made food, tasty. Its a great family resort..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
