My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was poorly maintained, and cleanliness was severely lacking. The staff was far from accommodating, and the overall condition of the place was atrocious. Safety seemed like an afterthought, making it unsuitable for families. I had to check out immediately and relocate to another property. This was undeniably the worst hotel experience of my life.

We had a wonderful experience and stay in this resort. The staff is very friendly and knows how to treat their guest's. When it comes to rooms we had an awesome experience to witness the morning sunrise 🌞 the food was amazing. Over all we had a great stay in Ayur county with lots of amazing memories. Thank you 😊

Awesome location but the resort is badly maintained and also understaffed. Food was quite bad and the service and availability of items at the buffet counters was mismanaged. When I got the room there were no towels and pantry was missing milk. Despite repeated calls I got nothing until the next morning . We had gone with a group of 100 and all had similar experiences . Hope things can be improved as the location is beautiful

We visited Ayur County Resorts in August 2023, and our stay was a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with our room. It lacked the expected comfort and amenities (the door was damaged, room itself was smelling bad), and after having a conversation with the staff, an alternate room was arranged. This process, though initially frustrating, was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. While the pool was clean and inviting, unfortunately, we couldn't use it due to the cold weather during our visit. Not sure if the pool is only available for club members. The resort also offered a range of recreational activities like a pool table, table tennis, and more, providing options for indoor entertainment. The breakfast buffet, with its range of Indian and Western options, was a redeeming factor. It ensured a delightful start to the day and provided a welcome contrast to our initial room-related challenges. The location amidst the tea gardens was breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop. While Ayur County Resorts has potential, there's room for improvement. Enhancements in room quality and a more streamlined room change process would significantly enhance the guest experience. With these adjustments, Ayur County Resorts could truly shine as a top-tier accommodation choice in Munnar.

Hi, the overall stay experience was average. Pros- - The staff was polite, smooth check-in - Discount offered for in-restaurant dining - Beautiful view from the room - Location is on the top of Munnar, 20km away from Munnar Town Cons- - No in room wifi service - No in room dining service was provided, 35% extra charges for in-room services - No subscription in TV - No nearby restaurants, only chai point was there - Limited options in dining menu - Unclean and smelly restaurant

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
