Stayed here for 4 days. Pros: Peaceful area, away from crowds. Access to river bay, since the area is away from Main centre you’ll have all the river bay to yourself. Can spend easily 1hr near the river enjoying the bird chirping sounds, very natural experience other resorts can’t give. Homely food, friendly staff. Pocket friendly room tariffs. Trustworthy trip advise and references from the front desk. Cons: Location is a bit far from city centre, you’ll need to travel a bit to reach popular view points.

This hotel is located in a remote area, 11 kms from Munnar, No river view and no access to the river. Rooms are very very basic but too costly. No proper room service, intercom doesn’t work. No restaurants near by. There is no roof top even to see the surroundings, even the main door, balcony and bathroom doors are not proper. From balcony you can hardly see the backyard. Don’t prefer to go there.

Very very very poor hospitality especially for Tamil people. They will charge double the amount for selective people. No compliments and very rude behaviour by the manager and working staffs. Room is located nearly 13km away from munnar. On the whole, very poor experience.

We had booked room in this hotel through aggoda for 3days.Firstly while booking in aggoda it was showing ac in the room but when we reached there we found that the room has no ac and in the booking page in aggoda it is nowhere mentioned that the room has an ac it would definitely never recommend using aggoda to book any hotel. Now comes the hotel, we were charged near about 3k per night, the room was very small so small that there is very limited space for two trolly case, the basin was inside the room causing the room to be more messy as water use to splash out every time we use the basin, exhast fan was not working. Now talking about the location, the hotel is situated nearly 8-10 km away from the main market in anachal, there is no any shop or any store nearby if anybody comes without car it is very difficult for them to get any besic things from any shop. As shown in picture the hotel is not at all situated near the river, you can only hear the sound of water, the river is inaccessible from the resort. WASTE OF MONEY AND A BIG NO FOR ANY BODY VISITING MUNNAR.

We had a nice stay. It was a homely environment. The place has an amazing view with a beautiful river flowing very nearby. We had an amazing time chilling at the river bank. The rooms were neat and well maintained. I would suggest to opt staying here for a change from the usual hotel ambience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
