Great hotel, right on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was very chilled, in fact the hotel felt practically empty. Not sure if this is normal or just an unusual occurrence. Some great beach shack and fab weather. All in all very enjoyable stay.

It’s poorly managed hotel nowhere close to 5 star. Actually to start with there is no reception, some staff is there with no smile on face. Rooms are funnily designed with no latch for toilet. When you take bath, expect some water in room. Bath tub is illogically placed. Room service is hopeless. I tried each and every button on phone to try to call for service but got no answer. After some time they found time to answer my query. Dinner was not managed well with many people not getting starters or chapatis on time. And finally a theft. This is a last thing you would expect from 5 star property. We were a group and experienced thefts from 2-3 rooms with no answer or accountability by hotel management. Few good things were its location, pool and breakfast. Basically this hotel is not worth its price. Please checkout other hotels in area before booking this.

The 1 star ratings seem a bit unfair. Our rooms were decent and clean, the resort was in good condition, and the beach was very pleasant. The service was generally good and the staff were friendly. I would come back. Updated: It seems the 1 star reviews have some merit. Although the rooms are clean enough, they are a bit run down. Our suite had renovations going on next door during the day and into the evening. Then one night there was a strong smell of paint one night - to the point where we didn't sleep and had headaches. We left the next morning and went to the Hyatt.

Title: A Stay at the Terrible Resort: Theft, Mismanagement, and Untrustworthy Staff Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent stay at the supposed luxury resort was a complete nightmare from start to finish. To say that I am disappointed would be a gross understatement. From blatant theft to sheer incompetence in managing our group, this resort has left a bitter taste in my mouth. First and foremost, the most alarming issue we faced was the rampant theft cases by the resort staff. Several members of our group had personal belongings, including cash and valuables, irresponsibly taken right from under our noses. The lack of security measures and the apparent ease with which staff members accessed our rooms only exacerbate this issue and raises serious questions about the resort's integrity. Furthermore, the mismanagement we encountered throughout our stay was utterly frustrating. It became clear that the staff was completely overwhelmed and ill-prepared to handle a group of our size. It is baffling to think that a resort claiming to be of high caliber could provide such subpar service. In addition to the theft and mismanagement, the promised resort amenities were unavailable leaving us feeling cheated and deceived. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone seeking a pleasant and secure vacation experience. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this poorly run establishment.

We stayed with a big group of friends and family as my friends hosted their wedding there. The location couldn’t get any better - two hops and you are at a beautiful and almost secluded beach. The food and services were good too. I would recommend not taking a room on the ground floor if you are not cool with frogs 😂 The ground floor rooms have an open garden and we found a few uninvited guests hopping in !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
