        I stayed here at this place with family for 2 nights and 3 days in end December'2023. Though the resort is a little old it is maintained very well with all best in class amenities. In fact the resort is so well rounded in all features that you can opt to stay in the resort itself for a day and have many activities without needing to go sight seeing. The service at the restaurant, room, house keeping all was very prompt and addressed all our issues quickly, the food too (they serve a la carte for lunch and dinner and buffet for breakfast) was very tasty and at the same time not very spicy and portions were also quite enough for two or three people, all in all a very pleasurable and enjoyable stay would like to visit again next time we are in Diu.

        I can see how this may have once been a grand hotel with luxurious amenities, but the infrastructure is crumbling and badly in need of a full renovation. The exterior is quite dusty and poorly kept, tiles missing from the walls, chipped and damaged surfaces everywhere you look. One unrenovated decorative pool by reception has become a mosquito incubator, and you walk through a cloud of them on the way in during the evening. Restaurant is equally badly maintained, generally feels dirty and uncomfortable ambience to sit in. On the subject of the room... I found dead bugs in the bathroom, the fittings were completely loose and I was able to move the tap from it's pedestal completely. Toilet smelled bad, and the general ambience was depressing. The upholstery on the chairs was stained with food, wooden portions chipped, and the windows and mirrors were smeared with grease from previous guests handprints. The bed linen had been obviously slept in by a previous guest, and had only been 'refreshed', not fully changed. I am fully understanding about an old property, but an old property poorly maintained has little left to excuse it, especially when this hotel is still classified as five star in some listings. The outdoor pool seems to have been recently renovated, and that's the only real good point I can give, as it looks clean and very inviting. The duty manager was apologetic and motivated to be helpful, and try and fix the issues. Housekeeping was sent in to clean up, but all that happened was a change of linen and a very half-hearted wipe over some surfaces holding (but not using) a bottle of blue liquid labelled 'floor', and a dry cloth. When questioned, the guy said it was wet (gila kapra) but the surfaces were all completely dry still. The housekeeping boys were also full of sarcasm in the face of complaints, ("Ma'am aap Nagoya tent city pe room lehna chhaye tha, vaha ke room aache hai") and obviously did not care one bit that we were left completely uncomfortable and upset with the standard of the room. Duty manager again tried her best in the situation, and shifted us to another room within 45min, which, although slightly more effort had been put in to clean up, was suffering the same dilapidation from poor maintenance. The door had been recently broken in, and wiring was exposed. I feel for the manager, who seems to be leading an uphill struggle, dragging along an apathetic staff body that take no pride in their work, and dealing with a patch up job infrastructure that needs investment asap. Can be much, much improved, if only the owner cared enough to do it.

        We have visited with friends to celebrate a special birthday dinner party. Great ambiance excellent food and service. Special thanks to service team sandeep and his team making my friends birthday so special and memorable, we really enjoyed a lot and love the food and cocktail mocktail which was recommended by service team.         was a beautiful stay. Delicious food 😋 all time. Breakfast buffet is good Service by Sandeep and boys were very homely and sincere. Room was super clean and service was top notch. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
