Great location right off the main Colaba Causeway street. Good size dormitories with secure baggage space below the bed. The cooling is perfect and the upkeep and cleanliness is to the point. The terrace has a great common space. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

I stayed at Cowies for 2 nights on the top floor in a superior room and I really enjoyed it. It is in a quiet street off the main road in Colaba so very close to everywhere you want to be yet still peaceful. The top floor has a common area which is a lovely area to sit and watch the sunrise if you so wish, plus a small library and a selection of games. All the facilities are good and the staff are excellent. I will definitely be staying at Cowies when I come back to Mumbai.

Convenient yet stylish hostel, definitely an old Parsi ambience to it. From booking to checkout, service was very good. Bathrooms particularly were clean. Take your own toiletries tho, as not available. Towels are available for a small fee. Laundry is there too. No eating in rooms ,but there is a cozy space on the terrace, well covered with pantry, music system, games etc and lots of pillows to chill. Wifi available. And to top it all, it's so close to sightseeing , shopping, VT station, eating places (Leopold cafe is round the corner). So go and enjoy guys.

Great hostel, nice area to hang out, beds have lockers. I did enjoy much. They even helped me with getting a SIM card. BUT! If you go with someone for getting a sim card (external guy coming) and they go to a tourist center… please don‘t buy anything! It‘s a scam and overprized nor is it true what they say! Thats why its not even on google maps. Only buy sim!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
