I want to stay in your hotel for My Feb 2024 Trip. But your Reviews are so entertaining that I am scared and entertained at same time. If I would did any mistake You will roast ME on Google Reviews. We didn't feel the place quite comfortable here and the front office person or a manager is really a rude guy. The entry to the room was worse and on top of that the room door was not fit and the key/lock didn't work. Neither the breakfast they provided was good nor the appearance. We felt very happy while booking it and it was completely opposite during our stay.

Myself and my husband stayed in Baga hideout premier during this new year vacation for 3nights 4days. We had an overall wonderful and awesome experience. Rooms : The entire room was made with wood, it was beautifully set up, was very clean and cozy. Only thing is the restroom walls are also made of wood. Although the restroom was neat, the walls at the bottom most section was pealing affecting the overall look. Humble request to the team to put false plastic walls to cover the wooden walls. This would elevate the overall cleanliness and look. Not to forget, the wifi connectivity and speed was really good. Pool : This is the bestest of the resort. You open the room's window, u will be greeted with an exoctic pool view. The budha statue, the flowing pool water, the neon lights in the evening around the pool area, bar at the pool's other end, everything was just awesome. The pool was very well maintained, squeaky clean, and the best part is it has running water rather than stagnat water. Best thing is you can sit outside your room, enjoy your morning or evening beverage with your legs dangling in the pool water, which we have never experienced in other resorts. Food and hospitality : Food is excellant. The food menu, the way of serving, taste, quantity, quality, all were exceptional. All the staffs in the bar, reception area, house-keeping and restaurant are very cordial and caring. Location :The location is very prime. Baga beach, Tito's and Mambo pubs are in walkable distance. Overall a very excellant place 💟💟both for stayaction and sight-seeing. We are very happy and enjoyed a lot throughout our stay.

Generic staff were really nice and friendly. I can imagine this place was nice once, but through poor management this place looks run down - chipped tiles, paint peeling, mould on blind in shower etc.. Not worth the price - if cheaper then I could overlook this. Also, the response for this review highlights something I didn’t mention. The management are not nice or friendly. Just general staff.

Rooms were smaller, infact there were many dirty spots of seepages in room and washroom. Room lock wasn't working. When asked to get lock repaired or to change room, concerned person simply denied saying that nothing can be done. Breakfast was tasteless but food served in room was good. I wouldn't call it a resort as other than rooms and swimming pool there wasn't any open space. Only attraction is it's location near to baga beach and large swimming pool with 2-3 levels suitable for kids ans adults. What bothered most was attitude of Owner ( or the people at reception) wasn't good at all. They had taken customers for granted without offering a solution.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
