My stay at Balaut Resort was fantastic. The location was my favourite. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean, with a great view...I had a nice and relaxing stay here. The personnel was quite pleasant. I'd love to go back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable......

I visited Balaut resort today for lunch, and I must say it was a delightful experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for families. The menu offered a great variety, and the food was not only delicious but also served promptly. What stood out for me was the kid-friendly atmosphere. The resort provides a safe and enjoyable environment for children, making it an ideal choice for family outings. The staff was courteous, and the service was excellent. Overall, Balaut Resort exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended for a pleasant family-friendly dining experience!

Had a delightful experience at the Balaut club resort today visited for lunch with my family. What made our visit even more pleasant was the exceptional service provided by the manager Akanksha. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring our needs were met and making our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious and staff was friendly. We look forward to visit again soon.

It was a great experience staying in this wonderful resort with our aged parents. Initially we booked it for 2 days but later decided to extend for another 2 days. This property is located at such a place that You feel you are in the laps of mother nature. Service and other staff members were very supportive. The food was indeed very delicious especially the paneer butter masala. Swimming pool was well maintained and the lighting they do in evening uplifts your spirit. I would definitely love to visit again. .staff specially visited us to enquire about the comfort of our parents. I am giving 5 stars and hope they maintain their services to retain these 5 stars on our next visit too.

We stayed in a cottage in this property. It is well maintained and with beautiful view of hills and greenery. We enjoyed the stay and food was also good. If you are fed up of your monotonous and hectic office schedule then and you want to stay in a calm and beautiful place near nature then I will definitely suggest this place. Best for couples and families too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
