Awesome place to stay in, you get to stay inside a tree house in middle of a forest with swimming pool and some other activities to do. Staff is also very humble and nice. Recommended to everyone who is visiting Kerala for first time and want to have a good time.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, the rooms were adequate and basic, we did not have dinner at the hotel as we had already booked a show in Munnar and our driver took us to a very popular restaurant after the show. Breakfast was very basic

Location of the property is okay nothing sort of what is shown in the images. Only the tree house rooms are good, rest are pretty average with no views as such. Restaurant is okayish. Washroom is major drawback here.

We had a great stay firstly the drive from Munnar to the resort was so exciting. The resort had a private falls and the bath over there was blissful good water flow from the falls we fortunately got premium tree room with direct view to the falls and in the mist of birds chirping around was totally a different feeling. Only thing is located little far from Munnar so you need to reach out to enjoy the beauty. The staffs were super good and the swimming pool is at the front of the restaurant

The most overrated hotel in munnar. Better book near the main market or resorts near Club Mahindra. Cleanliness of property and infrastructure is sub-par. The washrooms are in bad shape. The concentration of chlorine in the swimming pool is kept very high. For an extra bed, they don't provide the bed, only the mattress. The staff and location is good, but the food sucks (very spicy). While we were staying there were too many power cuts. Overall it is not worth spending money here. Avoid if possible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
