The best service, people, location all in one place. Food was amazing. Quantity and quality were awesome. People and service were so good - honest, transparent and hard working. We stayed in deluxe villa/ room which has a sofa bed (2 kids can sleep) and another king bed. So little bigger which was enough for our family of four. Location (water front) is awesome as well. Kids rated this as 20/10 and we would rate 10/10. A hidden gem.

Amazing place. Clean. Comfortable. People are very nice. Well prepared. Sabitha and the staff are very kind and professional. They helped in any way. Sleeping quality very high. They can organize tours and transfers. It is the perfect place for those who want visit the place without any inconvenience.

Cute little hotel with 8 rooms. Rooms have good AC. The food is great here. It’s both very cool and a bit on an inconvenience to take the small boat to cross the river when you want to reach the hotel or go into town. The hotel recommended me a really bad massage place, so I’d advise not to go there and instead take a boat cruise. I would say 2 nights are enough at this hotel

The bamboo lagoon is located at the boat race, finishing point off Punnamada in Alapuzha. went there with friends to enjoy a weekend. The property nestles amongst greenery on the bank of the Alappuzha canal, which is one of the major venues of the Nehru Boat race held during August, every year. Since it was around the time we arrived there, a couple of snake boats were seen to be practicing for the event. The place is accessible by ferries managed by the resort. There is a fairly large car park on the mainland, where guest vehicles can be parked. The jetty from where guests are picked up is within immediate proximity, of the car park. The canal, a narrow water body, is crossed by country boats in a couple of minutes. Although a few staff members were in attendance at the time of our visit, we found them quite responsive and helpful. The ambience of the resort seemed fairly good, especially with the facade all decked up with glittering serial lights on the rain drenched evening that we arrived there. The disappointment however was with the food, which really was sbsurd, the cleanliness of the rooms and the abject state of maintenance of the pool. Despite these failings, the tariff was found to be at par with some of the better properties of the area offering excellent facilities and fare!

Beautiful resort, situated on the other side of backwater, the only way to go there is by boat which is provided by the resort itself when you arrive their desk counter, 6 room property with swimmingpool and restuarent, food was good and service staff 24×7 available. You can always go out anytime to the other side by using that boat. You can also enjoy shikara ride, house boats and beautiful views of boat passing Do meet and connect with Laxman he is there to take care of everything you might be looking for

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
