Restaurant staff was the best! They were the only reason we felt good to be in this place. The rooms are cozy but hotel is dated, needs a lot of renovation especially furniture and bathrooms. Hotel is located far from city. In the evening there no transport available to go to airport. Uber and Ola charged us twice the fare or they cancel the rides as the car is empty on its way back covering this route.

Not my personal choice, I stayed here for a destination wedding. The washrooms smell of drainage all the time, room service is poor and cleaning is not done properly. Don't stay at this property if basic hygiene and cleanliness is your preference.

Excellent property. Very clean, well ventilated, spacious rooms. The rooms had a inner patio with a small pool/tub where you can unwind in nature with privacy. Dinner, breakfast was excellent with a very nice spread and friendly staff. The evening folkdance show was very good and quite interesting, specially the peacock dance. Loved the stay, look forward to visit again.

I recently stayed at Bamboo Saa and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The range of activities available was fantastic, providing endless entertainment and relaxation options. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Each member was not only thoughtful and caring but also went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Bamboo Saa for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in both amenities and service. A definite must-stay!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the aravalli ranges. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the room, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sajjangradh fort is wonderful. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of udaipur. Our stay at the resort was just for one day one night. but it was so amazing. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The resort management and staff oraganised nice activities for kids and adults, adventure, puppet show and folk dance we had a great time together, At last the main thing is delicious food , and selection of menu is best All respect for all staff who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
