It’s actually not a hotel, rather it’s a convention or event centre with a few rooms thrown in. Rooms are strictly average with a bit of smell in the bathrooms. The parking is a bit far off, but safe. The staff are keen though to solve your issues even though it doesn’t get rectified. The location though is near to perfect if you are on a road trip, it’s bang on the highway.

I have visited today I had a very bad experience..from the check in to check out I didn’t get any kind of room facilities and response from the staff and manager..I would say this is not hotel it’s just feel like you are visiting to local Dhabas located at highway road… food quality worst i wont give even 1 star for this hotel for stay as well as food ,service,staff,management…they took the full amount at the time of check in they just make fools to customers and they are just interested in money. I have my own business of travel and event management and I will not recommend any one to organise event and not recommend travel agencies to work with this hotel. I definitely file complain against this hotel. Being an travel agent i will file complain in Gujarat tourism,hotel management association,hotel booking association. If an travel agent got this kind of service than just think how normal people will be treated.

Worst Experience highly not recommended First of all this is not an resort it's just an normal hotels like Oyo type ..I had pay 7000 for 1 day with dinner and breakfast food quality is worst I suggest local Street food is better than this hotel,they just make fool to customer they will take the full amount at the check in time after than they don't response you for any dam thing no room service and it's very unhygienic.. behaviour is also very rude from the staff...they show us something different and provide you different thing no amenities nothing to do here ...I suggest just east local Street food and do outings on roadside rather to visit here...also they don't let us inform if you have booking and on the same day they have arrangment for function...just low category hotel with food...Be aware of this hotel don't ever visit also the hotel is under construction... worst horrible experience.... Yesterday i.e.13th Nov we booked dinner for 22 members on name of Adarsh. We went there. Food quality was very bad. Mainly Starter and veg preparation. Starters and Vegetables not prepared properly.

Worst experience ever. Firstly they don't have shaded parking facility .. Coming to reception the person is very very rude. Room balcony view is worst u can see only garbage. No power backup. I have visited with my 9 months old daughter. Not at all kid friendly. Construction noise is continuously coming. Made our day worst worst worst.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
