I wasn't impressed with my stay at all. The hotel is old, our towels were really old with grayish color and some stain. Bathtub need cleaning and the fan in the AC and exhaust was noisy. We booked two rooms, one room has intermittent hot water in the bathroom and the other one has nonworking fridge. Both rooms have floppy wifi which disconnected every now and then and required us to sign in again with hard username and password. Breakfast only caters vegetarian and local food. The taste was ok but it gets boring after your 3rd day. The worst part was the hospitality. Staff was rude especially the one in the reception. No smile no thank you and always stare. With our visa stamped in the passport, they still require us to show the evisa and took our photo for security reason. Other staff were nice and helpful but some kind of hinting you that they need tip. Location is by the roadside so expect a bit of noise. And it's far from the main tourist attractions. All of my complaints really reflected what others have mentioned. PS: I booked this hotel just because they're the one with available rooms on my referred date, despite the review I read.

We had a wonderful stay at this well located and reasonably priced hotel. The front desk staff were working so hard to cater for everyone's demands, and they were very helpful towards us. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the bath towels were to die for. Breakfast was good and tasteful. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
