I had a lovely stay at Barwara Kothi, the room was lovely, the food was amazing and the staff gave great recommendation of things to do in the local area. Central location of the hotel is great to access the wider city. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit Jaipur

Lovely host. Very comfortable stay and we were very well looked after. It's a warm place to stay in with two very adorable pets. Breakfast was sumptuous.. Barwara House is very centrally located. Deepali, our host was very good with suggestions for places to visit. I would definitely recommend Barwara House to everyone!

Excellent place to stay. It's really a heritage location - unlike a common hotel. Beautiful, clean and healthy. Above all, the people there are so friendly and helpful. The proprietors live in the ground floor: they provide help, but do not interfere. Air conditioning, power and hot water are abundantly available. Getting a good meal, in general in Jaipur and in particular in the civil lines, is a problem. There is only one good place nearby to eat at a reasonable price. The meals served in the Kothi are quite expensive. Also, you need your own form of transport - private car or taxi. The serene settings, the friendly proprietors and the beautiful people make up for these shortcomings. Overall, we would rate it as a star place to stay and enjoy. - from Mumbai

Stayed here for 1 day 1 night. Property is really good and rooms are big, but breakfast served was of a very poor quality and with less variety. Opt a package without breakfast. Only breads, banana and corn flakes were served. We then insisted for omletes and Poha. Then Poha was served, but only in a small quantity. Better to eat outside somwhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
