The location is amazing. There is a beach facing view. It is advisable to book the rooms well in advance as there is a chance of not getting the room of your choice even on request. The rooms were okay, not extraordinary. Considering that it was a budget hotel, did not expect any special facilities. But one had to ask for towels, bedsheets. Tea/coffee/kettle are not provided. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. Hot water availability is subject to weather conditions as they have a solar heating panel. But an electric water heater is provided on request by the staff. There is a restaurant named Santana which is adjoining the hotel and served good food. We had most of our meals from the restaurant. It is a good place for a meal with an amazing sea view. If you are a family of more than 2 adult people, would suggest booking 2 rooms (one deluxe and 1 single room) as the room size is a bit small. Overall the experience was great. If you are bringing your own car, the parking is a bit far away and there are charges according to the type of vehicle. Overall the experience was great.

Worst hotel in my entire Kerala trip. It was a nightmare for me. I booked by looking at reviews. But most of them must be fake. There is no parking for this and there is no way for car till hotel. There is some paid parking. From there you have to walk along with your luggage for over 200m. That's fine. But worst part is room condition. It is third class room with cheap maintenance. Room is very dirty, not at all cleaned, bed sheets not changed/uncleaned. Provided smoking room which is very smelly. There is mildew or fungal hyphae formed in room which says how worst the room is. There are mosquitos and bed bugs. Not able to sleep. Worst third class room with third class maintenance. Families please stay away from this. Management should focus on minimum cleanliness in rooms.

Honest review- This is one of the best hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Kovalam. Had stayed there with family about 15 days back.. please book AC deluxe rooms which is bigger in size.They have a common balcony which is sea facing. Neat and clean rooms, towels were also provided.. however no dental kit or water heater given. .but that's ok as the hotel is right on the beach and they have an attached restaurant named SANTANA which serves variety of delicious dishes( probably the best in the area). Lighthouse is just few steps away from the hotel. Apart from Santana. . There are innumerable restaurants to choose from. . Vineet, the caretaker of the hotel is very helpful and always at your service. . Overall a very satisfying budget friendly hotel right on the beach. .

Booked via make my trip. No error or cancellation found during the time of booking. Upon reaching the hotel, they said they don't accept through makemy trip any more as the rate on mmt is very low and they cannot afford it. Had to pay extra money. They could remove their hotel name from mmt if needed. They need publicity through mmt but not accepting business via mmt Simply cheating. Location is good. Rooms are average and don't think worth the money. Resturent has above average food but not worth for the money

This hotel is located at beach and has very good outside views. Rooms are not very premium but decent enough according to the tariff . Hotel staff is courteous and helpful but vegetarian food taste here is very very poor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
