Neat and clean rooms. For those looking for spacious rooms then let me tell you these are a little smaller than then average ones but very well maintained with a balcony overlooking the Forest, the peacocks that I saw in the morning just made my Trip❤️🥰...One needs to walk the first 2 stair groups then you have lift all the way till Terrace, so for those with knee pain please note....else it's easy...15 steps and you reach the reception....nice staff....Thank you to their entire team.

I would rate this hotel as a best one! Beautiful interior Cozy rooms, extremely neat, bedding was very clean and well made. The entire hotel was clean and beautifully furnished. I had a nice time and would recommend to everyone who comes to Rishikesh. The restaurant was good too. Ganga river flowing in front . Food was reasonable and tasty. Overall, excellent experience.

Best place to stay in Rishikesh. It has everything one needs. Rooms are small but you get everything you require. Lot of popular cafés are located at walking distance. They even have music night at the terrace every evening, which makes stay more exciting. Highly recommended place to stay! 👍🏼

Property is cool having good aesthetics. Parking is located roughly 300 mtrs away in a common area (it was free for us). We called at the hotel 10 mins earlier to our arrival and the staff reached parking lot to assist us with parking and Luggage. Staff also offered activa (scooter) from the parking to hotel just to make it more feasible for us as there was lot of luggage. Finding this property is bit of a challenge as way to the hotel is through a narrow lane next to Rani Mandir. Rooms are a bit small but solved the purpose. Food is good and the services is prompt.

Don’t book this hotel .You regret when you recharged at this property. First day you enjoy but day by day they give you very bad experiences. And when it’s your last day they treat you like a enemy. And last plz don’t go there on new year. Because I spoiled my new year first day. And last line for manager. Inke manager se acha wha ek dog hota to wo ache se property manage kr leta..fuddu manager..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
