I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bella Vista in Munnar. I was immediately impressed by the hotel's easy access to the highway and local attractions. The lobby was bright and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed, plenty of seating, and a sit out balcony to each cottage to spend evenings in such nice weather. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of delicious and affordable meals. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The easy access, in-house restaurant, welcoming host, helpful staff, and comfortable large rooms made my stay perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Munnar

We had a great time at the resort. The staff is very cordial and friendly. Room allotted was spacious with nice balcony and continuous hot water in bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed a lot. Thanks

Very worst experience.....some guys created a WhatsApp group named Matrix bricks marketing recruitment advertising group and they given the task to give good reviews and 5 star in this page. Don't trust at all

We visited Bella Vista on 3rd October 2023 location wise wonderful spot location staff and service is very good and polite deluxe room was very small meant for 2person only but we were total 4 person for 4 people it's very small breakfast was good and hygiene and for dinner we ordered chicken soup but it's was very spicy that our kids are not able to eat in munnar it's very freeze weather but hotel didn't provided electric kettle for hot water as per online it's 3star hotel but they didn't provided complementary tea ,coffee, request everyone that before booking this hotel check the room size

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
