Planned a 2 day wedding at there property. Great clean property, top of that owner is really great and really helpful. Kept his staff on toes and every single staff member helped with a huge smile. Apart from a nice clean and beautiful property, hospitality was 10/10. Great food. Best experience, thank you for helping in organising my sister’s wedding properly.

This is a nice hotel. These people are very smart business people. They know their customer satisfaction is the primary business driver. So they keep customers satisfied at all costs. It is amazing how the customer service people, especially Mr.Ramesh was very polite and willing to attend all our needs. Very good experience. Please keep it up.

This hotel is really amazing and it has turned out to be even better than what i had expected. The staff is really friendly, room service is excellent as it is really quick, the washroom is little small but still can adjust and are neat and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Ramesh from Operations Team for being available and helpful always.

Went to the restaurant they were openly mocking us in our presence thinking we don't understand their language the staff was openly mocking us thinking we cannot afford their meals, the food tasted ok their service was ok too just what you can expect from any other restaurants. After we finished eating they made us wait for so long just to make us give a review after scrolling through their hotel website for so long couldn't find anywhere to rate or give review we asked for our bill we got the bill and the staff was shameless whispering any tips? We just left immediately, overall experience horrible should've got up and left the moment they started mocking us. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR GIVING ZERO STAR I WOULD GLADLY DO IT.

If you’re planning to visit a fair at the exhibition center then definitely it’s a very good location! Only 8 min walk to the maintenance! Breakfast must be improved! It was not as good at all! Buffet was not clean no choice, long waiting time for omelette!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
