Loved the short stay here, the manager was extremely responsive and so were the whole staff. We stayed at the sea view room which gives a lovely view of the sea. Highly recommended. Please note the restaurants around are quite expensive so you can avail their kitchen or food delivery apps are also allowed.

Fantastic little hotel. The outside looks a bit daunting but don't be put off, the 3rd floor of the building is the Hotel. Our rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is no dining room or bar etc so not what I would call a hotel but I was in Mumbai. Staff were very helpful and the complementary breakfast of omelet and toast was delicious

It's in marine drive area of Mumbai which is a prime location for tourists. Hotel is spread in one floor of the building with well appointed rooms with all the necessary amenities. Hospitality and quality of service is also very good. Sea is visible from a few rooms only. On the down side, the rooms are slightly expensive. However, this is expected considering the location in Mumbai City. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the sea view room and loved the view. Nothing different to write about the room. This is an old hotel in a very old building. Note they don't provide complimentary bottled water, instead they provide RO filtered water in the room. This particular room was right besides the hotel entrance and reception, so it was a bit noisy at times. However it had a good view of the sea from the windows that were a bit awkwardly placed in the room. Breakfast is served in the room as there is no restaurant here. Idli, misal, bread butter & tea were some items served in the breakfast. There is a leg/calf massage machine in the hallway that guests can use. The location is at a walking distance from Wankhede stadium, churchgate station. Rates are relatively economical for the south mumbai location. I travelled with family and found the hotel to be suitable for family stay too. The only big problem is that there is no parking provided by the hotel. You have to park your car on the road outside, if you can find any space there, which is generally difficult. Considering its proximity to the cricket stadium, it could get noisy and crowded during matches here, though great if you are visiting for a cricket match there.

Great location. Stay here if you don’t expect much of a service. There is a construction going on, so most of the time you will find the lift to be broken. You will have to ask for everything, they won’t provide you unless you ask. Rooms are decent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
