Had a very pleasant stay. I stayed here for 2 days inclusive of breakfast and dinner. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very tasty. Had options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. The room was very clean and hygienic.

I booked and paid for 2 double bed rooms through Goibibo, but we got 2 single bed rooms on arrival, which was so disappointing, as we had 1 child (which was already mentioned on booking), it was so uncomfortable and unacceptable about the rooms. Then what's the purpose of booking or reservation, if you can't provide. So disappointed. The only positive side was Staffs behavior and food was good.

One of the best hotels to opt in Kodaikanal. We stayed here for 2 days. Rooms were neat & clean and services was also good. Food was really good especially dinner buffet was so good. Enjoyed staying here.!!

Benz park is one of the decent hotels in Kodaikanal. Please don’t trust the cost in online and they totally differ when you land there. The cost posted is for small rooms !! I opted for a deluxe one and the rooms are good and clean. The service is also good and car parking is limited and to be improvised. The breakfast was complimentary with a very limited menu and I hate the attitude of the guest relations manager in cafetaria. Service has to be improved there!! The food we ordered in room was totally different from complimentary breakfast and tasted awesome.

Worst place I've ever been, the area of the hotel is already very cold, they can't even provide a functional heater, it was very frustrating, the hotel manager also had a very bad attitude towards the customer. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 Conclusionly, the worst hotel ever, I advise everyone not to stay in if you can't handle cold without a heater

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
