        I recently had the pleasure of staying at the best western Maryland , and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the attentive and courteous staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it offered breathtaking views of the city and the hotel's proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring local restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean. The plush bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful and quiet, allowing me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Throughout my stay, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. They were always available to provide recommendations and helpful tips about the area, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delectable dishes with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What stood out the most was the level of service and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff consistently ensured that my room was impeccably clean and replenished with fresh towels and amenities.         Worst possible hotel specially given the price they charge.. the mattress was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep properly.. both me and my husband got terrible backache.. the basin in washroom was clogged all the time and used to fill up wd even slight use of water.. toiletries were very bad.. their heating system wasn't working at all n it had no marking to see at which temperature is it set neither we could set it according to our comfort bcz nothing was marked on it.. we had our 5 month old baby with us and we were literally feeling so cold... Called th staff for help but even they didn't help.. asked twice for extra blankets but got none.. they even don't give u water so that u have to purchase a bottle of mineral water from them for which they were charging 75 Rs .. they give complimentary small water bottles and they aren't capped per room meaning u can ask for as many as u want n they will provide, at least that's what we were told by the staff.. but when u call th room service to ask for water they wil only give 2 bottles a day.. that is one bottle per person for a whole day.. we were there for 2 days n this was th case both th days.. even for those 2 bottles, we had to call them multiple times, n we used to specifically ask for 4 bottles but they only used to give 2.. n when u ask them to bring 2 more they wil say they are bringing right away but no one wil ever come back with either th bottles or extra blankets.. Also none of the rooms are even slightly sound proof.. all th voices from the lobby and neighbouring rooms were very clearly audible n we had so much trouble putting our baby to sleep bcz of it .. we could even hear the room bells which room service staff used to ring of other rooms.. there was another family 2-3 rooms away from our room who also had a baby wd them.. even wd th distance we could hear their baby's cry and them talking... No privacy at all.. Guests Pay at hotel for comfort and luxury, leave aside luxury there wasn't basic comfort, mattress had problem, there weren't any hand towels given even after asking for them, heating/cooling system wasn't operational, even th fan in it had no speed control, washroom sink was problematic, these guys aren't giving drinking water even.. what are you guys charging for then ? Just for the roof over head ? Pathetic Experience.. Terrible Hotel.. wouldn't stay there even if offered a free stay.. so so disappointed..

        DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME BEST WESTERN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We arrived from Delhi on 17.11.23 at about 11 pm. The entrance from rear side of a Petrol Pump was really mysterious. Once we entered the Hotel, there was no single guard or valet at the main entrance to guide. Puzzled, and due to the fact that the parking in front of the entrance was completely full we just took left along with the boundary wall of the hotel. Still no one came to attend. Again puzzled, we parked alongside the Wall, and came out to unload the luggage ourselves. Once half the luggage was unloaded, a guard came running and asked us to remove the vehicle. But he did not know where to take the Car. So we told him politely, we are in the process of unloading our luggage (ourselves, without any help), and once we keep the luggage at the Reception, I will come back with a Hotel staff and park the car wherever they will ask me to. The car was anyways not blocking any passage. Once we started moving towards the Reception with the luggage, the same Guard again started arguing, instead of helping with the luggage, and asked us to remove the Vehicle. We were shocked, how on earth could one behave like that! We again told him we will come back in five minutes after keeping the luggage at the Reception. Once at the Reception, two-three Guards again came asking us to remove the vehicle! I checked with them, why were they not there at the front main entrance gate, then at the Reception glass door (where the Valets normally are) and then adjacent to the boundary wall where I momentarily parked the car to unload the luggage! Then, Mr.Ranjeet Singh at the front desk! He was rude to the hilt! When we took the issue up with him, he said he does not know any guard and that there is a guard at the valet position but he is not available today. Wow! I asked him for the complaint book- his answer was, the Complaint book is there but I will not give to you! Then joins a guy called Rajeev- as per him, the security guards who misbehaved are not the regular guards but are mere drivers who are called on duty on casual, day to day DIHAADI basis! One of them is stated to be Gurbaksh, and no one knew the names of other so-called guards who are present in hotel premises- so much for the security of the Guests! There could not have been a worse welcome to a family who had travelled late hours from Delhi, had paid in advance, and had no clue about the entrance of the Hotel and where to park! Instead of helping them with the luggage, the only argument was to first remove the vehicle and then do something else, despite the fact that it was their own fault in not stopping the vehicle at the entrance itself, and thereafter, they were politely asked that the vehicle will be removed in 5 minutes after getting settled! Since an extra bed was to be placed in the Room, we found one so placed. One side of the bed was tilted at least for about 20 degrees! When the housekeeping staff was called, Mr.Santosh turned up. He very candidly said that we must sleep on it, we will not fall with that 20 degree tilt! The hotel will of course not take any action and will believe the lies that its staff will give to it. I just wanted to narrate how things happened so that people can take considered decision for this Hotel! There are several other options all around the area!
