Worst Best Western ever!! Had a good impression of the best western in the US, but this turned out to be terrible. Visited in Jan 2024 with family and kids. The hotel rooms are under renovation but they allocated a room in the middle of all the dust. 1) Bathroom drain holes weren't closed 2) no shower curtain/glass 3) water from the shower comes to the living area 4)non-working intercoms 5) noncooperative staff. no remorse or response for any complaint given regarding the issues. They absolutely don't seem to care what the family is going through. 6) even though our booking had 4 people only 3 towels were given. Had to use a couple of towels to stop bathroom water from coming into the living area 7) Construction in the adjacent hotel created a water puddle in front of this hotel and there was no easy way for kids to jump over water. Kids had to walk through them, and no attempt was made to help the guests. Will warn friends and family to stay away from this hotel. I never wrote a negative review for any hotel stay, but this hotel deserves it, and I felt I needed to share this with others.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The rooms were good and clean . The bathroom is also clean and big. The room service was prompt. We had ordered some starters from the restaurant and it was good. The buffet breakfast has quite a good spread and most of them tasted good. Recommended

A decent hotel for a short stay. Good location with access to everything. 20 odd kms from the Thirumala temple. The room floor was a bit slippery, other than that there were no problems. Neat and clean. The food at the restaurant was very good. Good taste and quantity. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The parking is very limited though.

Jus now spoke with them on 27-1-2024, 11:34am, regarding room availability, they are unable to provide basic and necessary information... And generalising the things in comparing with all other hotels... Worst experience....

Horrible place. Would totally avoid it. Part of the ceiling fell on the guests who were at the table over from us and no one from the hotel staff even showed an ounce of care. For the same price there are better hotels in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
