Have attended a family function recently. The hotel ambience was good and the hall was spacious enough. Car parking was big enough to park more cars. The service was good and staffs were good and polite but not all. The table and chair cover that was used in the party hall could be little kept well as many were old and wasn't bright enough. Overall good experience. the food taste was good.

The hotel is not female friendly neither tourist friendly. I have never faced hospitality so hostile. My stay at the hotel was mental and financial harassment. I was staying solo in a new city, where i had never traveled before and did not know the language. From taking advance payments, to calling 10pm in the night to abuse me about more money issues, i have faced the worst humanitarian behaviour at this hotel. I felt humiliated and unsafe at the hotel premises due to the staff. I was discriminated against for being a North Indian. I was misbehaved with for being a solo female guest. It was a dire situation for me to continue my stay here, and they feeded off my need. During my stay they told me they have reserved the room for someone else, if i pay 2 days advance i will be allowed to stay. I request the authorities to look at the matter and the hotel should be de-listed from all the booking portals and the ministry of tourism should reprimand then strictly.

Pleasant stay great view from the room, staffs are very friendly very safe and secure parking space and night shift staffs are very responsible and quick response from them must place to stay as a family. They even provide facilities for driver with drivers dorm.

Hotel Beverly Review: For my daughter’s marriage I had booked a kalyanamandapam at Koyambedu two days at the beginning of January 2024. For accommodating the outstation guests I went to Hotel Beverly off Ega Theater at Kilpauk as I could not find suitable rooms in the Koyambedu area for the budget I planned. Here I met Mr. Kathirvan, Front Desk-In-Charge of the hotel. He was very flexible, and accommodative to our needs. We booked almost 50% of the rooms in the hotel. All our guests were very happy with the facilities provided at this hotel. Mr. Kathirvan and team never bothered the guest and attended to guest needs without any delay. Had stayed here after the cyclone. Nice as always. But, in the afternoon meals especially mutton Briyani that was ordered was not fresh and made complaints with the management and the chef. How can a hotel like this can do this?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
