        It was really very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The rooms were super clean and beautifully furnished. Had a very relaxing stay. Thanks to Beverly Team for making our stay a memorable one. The only drawback is lack of a restaurant and it's location is a bit inside. Rest everything was great. Overall had a wonderful experience.

        I stayed here overnight. The Room size is large enough being there you don't feel like you are staying in a congested. Rooms are equipped with all essential facilities like Room Heater, Geyser. And satisfying services by Hotel Staff. Overall it was a very good experience.

        Beware: If a customer writes a negative review, management will send personally insulting and disgusting WhatsApp messages, instead of apologising for a bad experience. What a shameful way to run a hotel.👎 Our experience from the most expensive room in the hotel: 1. Rodents (possibly rats) in the ceiling - They were running around and making noises all night long. 2. Bad drinking water - dirty water from the in-room purifier. 3. Unclean rooms, bathrooms and mattresses. The comforter is filthy, they just change the cover not the comforter itself. 4. Bad tap water - brown colour dirty water from taps. 5. Damaged fixtures in the room - TV has no visuals, just audio. Intercom is broken. 6. Non existent hot water - we tried for an hour, but no luck. Most of us couldn’t even take a bath. 7. No restaurants in the hotel, we’ll have to depend on food delivery platforms for even the breakfast. 8. If booked online, they’ll call and message frequently to make the payment in advance, and threaten to cancel the booking in 24 hours if not paid. 9. We left the very next day even though we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. And they don’t care about why. We didn’t even bothered to ask for any refunds. All we wanted was to leave the place immediately. We believe the good reviews in here are either paid or forcefully acquired. If you want to know more, checkout all the negative reviews in google maps. Those seem to be from genuine unhappy customers. To the owner & management: Understand this - We don’t know you personally, so we don’t have any reason to hurt your business or you intentionally. All we care is getting at least a moderately good experience from a vacation and so called premium hotel like this.

        I stayed in Victoria suit, it's a good room clean and neat. But the bath tub won't work. They charge extra for heater. I don't feel it's worth the price. Choose normal room it's far way better.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
