Went there during summer season , as expected it was very hot. The service was great , the staff were also very friendly and they have a dog named buddy , you can also bring your pets here as the hotel is pet friendly. The AC in our room was 3star and didn't quite condition the whole room but was still ok. The beach is walkable distance from here. Only problem is the road to the hotel , it is dangerous I would say as it is a long road in which only one car can fit making it difficult when some other car comes from the other side , we asked the staff about it but they said that the land owners do not let them make the road bigger and safer (idk why). It is better to not drive that road in the night as it is very difficult to see the road even with car headlights. Enjoyed yet.

We went by the reviews and were aware that the approach road to the resort was not good. Finding the resort by means of GPS is quite easy. We were the only ones on the first day and were given the top most room from where one gets a view of the sea ( slightly). Rooms are quite spacious. What we loved about the room is the attached balcony. What we did not like is the AC cooling, the room never was fully air conditioned. But this got fixed on the second day. Food was okay. We opted for breakfast and one meal. The other meal we took either at a khanaval ( Patil Kanaval is well known however the quality has surely deteriorated). It's a huge property where kids will really enjoy. They have a pet dog Buddy who kept my little one quite on her toes. The caretaker Ronit is humble and provides decent service considering they do not have a big staff to cater to. The Nangaon beach is not too accessible from the resort, but is 3 kms away from resort. What is accessible and walkable is the back water where the boats are parked. Overall good stay amidst nature and loads of trees, do not expect a ultra luxurious stay as the older rooms are 40 years old.. have some redone interior and fixing. I am not too sure about the new rooms.

Visited in Jan2023. Property is good. However below are the issues: 1. Worst road to reach. Go if you really don't care for your car 2. No security in the entire property 3. Only 1 staff is managing the property 4. They promise fish and chicken in meal. However they will offer only egg curry 5. Nobody is going to entertain your complaints. People tend to make police complaints because of all these issues. 6. No Beach access In short it's a DEFINATELY NOT TO VIST opinion
